Mainz, Germany, June 2006 – SYSGO AG, a leading European provider of embedded system
software, announces US distributor ACT/Technico Inc. and UK reseller Hitex Ltd. as new "Certified Distribution Partners". These latest partnerships enable SYSGO to expand its international distribution channels into
the USA and UK. In the course of SYSGO's successful growth strategy, the specialist for embedded software is strengthening its position especially in the USA.
ACT/Technico will offer SYSGO's virtualization
software PikeOS and the Linux based real time operating system ELinOS exclusively for the US market. The specialist for hardware and software integration for the US aerospace and defense markets will act as a
distribution partner who additionally offers first level support to customers.
Already delivering embedded software solutions, Hitex completes their portfolio for the UK market by adding PikeOS, ELinOS and
CODEO, SYSGO's Eclipse-based integrated development environment. Training courses have already been successfully completed with both partners.

UK market entry: Sysgo teams up with Hitex Ltd. Hitex Ltd. is the British subsidiary of Hitex Development Tools GmbH based in Germany. Being the first and so far only SYSGO licencee for the UK market, Hitex
Ltd. is focused on reselling SYSGO's embedded solutions while SYSGO provides customer support. Hitex is a specialist for software development tools. Its product portfolio includes solutions like on-chip debugging
tools or hardware analysers, software tools for automated tests, in-circuit emulators, simulators and evaluation boards.
