An ACT/Technico Project Manager will serve as your single point of contact for status updates and manage any issues that may arise
whether they occur during the design, manufacturing or support phases.
Should problems arise, our staff can quickly determine the root cause and take corrective action based on our experience and familiarity with your
system. We'll even maintain a duplicate system at our facilities. The resulting reduction in mean time to repair (MTTR) in critical circumstances will prove invaluable.
At ACT/Technico we will stock a wide range of
components in support of systems in the field. Our goal is to ensure that in the event of component failure, we can provide replacements as fast and efficiently as possible.
